We take great care in producing and packaging our DVDs to ensure every customer receives a high quality product.
Due to the nature of physical media and our quality control standards, we do not offer returns or refunds on DVDs.
This policy allows us to maintain product integrity, prevent damaged or used items from reentering circulation, and keep our pricing as fair and accessible as possible for everyone.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before completing their purchase. If you have questions prior to ordering, our support team is always happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your DVD arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bloomyoung.com.
When applicable, we will gladly replace the item with the same product at no additional cost. Proof of damage may be requested.
We do not issue refunds for damaged items but will ensure you receive a properly functioning product.
